Cancellation
Please note that there may be some orders which we may refuse or cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.Some cases that may lead to the cancellation of your order include restrictions on the quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our relevant department.If your order is canceled after payment, the company will refund amounts as follows:If the order is canceled by the customer, shipping fees and service charges will not be refunded.In the case of credit/debit cards, we will issue credit to your card for the shipment amount. In some cases, the refund may be issued to your electronic wallet if it is activated at the time of cancellation.For loyalty points, we will refund the redeemed points to your My Club account.For payments made from the wallet, refunds will be activated to your wallet balance.
